This is a compelling statistic when compared to his meetings with four founders in electric vehicles and four in semiconductors during the same period, underscoring China's strategic focus on robotics.
And this is the part most people miss... From the perspective of US markets, it's genuinely puzzling to reconcile Tesla's current valuation. The automotive division appears to be struggling with precipitously slumping sales, and the potential market for robotaxis, even if successful, is arguably not as vast as some might believe. Meanwhile, in the realm of robotics, Tesla's Optimus program is still far from a functional demonstration, while China is demonstrating an unparalleled ability to manufacture these sophisticated machines at an unprecedented scale.
